BOOKING INFORMATION

HOW TO BOOK

Please use the following options to book your tickets.

ONLINE: Visit our What’s On page to find the event you’d like to buy tickets to and click book now. You’ll then be taken to our external booking platform, Ticketbooth. Select your tickets, enter your details and you’re set!

IN-PERSON: Tickets can also be purchased at the City of Joondalup Customer Service Centre between 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS

With both booking methods, your tickets will be emailed to you by Ticketbooth once the payment has been processed. Make sure you don’t delete the email, as you’ll need it to get into the show.

There are no hard copy tickets available for Joondalup Festival.
