Spoilt for choice? Not sure what to attend at this year’s festival?
Head to our program page for a full overview of this year’s entertainment and activations across an exciting three weeks. Each page features program details including time, venue and location.
The City will take direction from the state and federal government on any restrictions that may be in effect at the time of the Joondalup Festival. Check out our social pages and stay up to date with the latest festival announcements for more information on what shows to attend.
What to bring?
Check out the COVID-safe page to view our COVID-19 protocols and procedures on what to bring for access to this year’s festival.
Photo ID will be required for some events and activations that are licensed. You will not be granted permission into a licensed venue if you do not show ID upon entry. In some circumstances, children 18 and under will be allowed into a licensed venue if accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 years and over. This will be at the discretion of the licensed venue and security. Please note that Joondalup Festival event staff and security have the right to remove patrons who are intoxicated and acting in an inappropriate manner, display behaviour that threatens patrons or pose a risk to the safety of patrons and event staff.
For events taking place in Neil Hawkins Park and Central Park, patrons may bring their own picnic, alcohol, chairs and picnic rugs. Drink responsibly, don’t drink and drive. Refer to our FAQs for more information on what to bring.
We wish everyone a safe and wonderful time at the Joondalup Festival 2022.
Should you require assistance on the day, please reach out to one of our many event staff who will be able to help you or direct your enquiry. Dressed in City of Joondalup Event t-shirts, our team will be easy to spot in the crowd.
We will also have a number of security staff on site over the course of the festival. If you have trouble finding a City of Joondalup staff member, please speak with security until a Joondalup Festival staff member is able to assist you.
