Please note that there are no door sales available for Joondalup Festival events.

Receiving your digital ticket

With both booking methods, your tickets will be emailed to you in PDF format once the payment has been processed by Ticketbooth.

If you don’t receive your ticket within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your junk, spam and deleted folders before contacting the City for support.

Joondalup Festival does not offer hard copy tickets

Concession and student cards

Concession prices are available for most Joondalup Festival events.

These prices apply to Pensioners, Seniors Card holders, Health Care Card holders and Full-time students. Concession or Student card details may be requested at the time of booking and/or at the door.

Companion cards

City of Joondalup is proud to honour the Companion Card Fair Ticketing Scheme.

Ticket purchases made by a valid Companion Card holder are eligible to receive a second, complimentary ticket to the event for a carer or companion (subject to availability).

Please contact the City of Joondalup for instructions on how to process your booking.

Children and infants

Children are welcome to many Joondalup Festival events, with a whole bunch of shows designed for young audiences. All children over 2 years old are required to hold a ticket.

Children under 2 years old may attend most Joondalup Festival events free of charge on the condition they do not occupy a seat and they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

Refunds and exchanges

The City of Joondalup is not able to offer refunds for any tickets purchased, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If you can no longer attend an event, you are welcome to pass your tickets onto a friend or family member to enjoy instead.
